ACSA intends to own XX percent the marketing and sale consultancy company of TTT ("TTT"), TTT which will be a licensed Trust company registered under the Cap 29 Trustee Ordinance and a holder of a Trust or Company Service Provider Licence ("TCSP") in Hong Kong. Viewing the magnitude of the Chinese and Asean global family office and trust market, the marketing and sale consultancy company of TTT focus to explore as well as expand the market through collaboration with US/Canadian Trust Companies for US grantor trust structures for estate duties and probate avoidance purposes (suggest replacing tax with estate duties which is more specific and less sensitive).
